Baudin Beach, a fisherman's haven, is a small hamlet located just 9 kms from the ferry terminal at Penneshaw.
Sea Watch boasts uninterrupted views of Eastern Cove and is situated adjacent to beach and boat ramp.
The house is a fully self contained holiday home with 3 bedrooms, full kitchen facilities including micro wave, and gas BBQ on the upper storey deck.
Downstairs is a well equipped games room with darts, table tennis and computer games as well as full laundry facilities.
